I typically try to do newborn pictures within the first 12 days or so after a baby is born. Not long after that, they are generally much more alert and harder to pose. But when Miss E’s mom emailed me about newborn photos at three weeks, I couldn’t resist. She wasn’t too sleepy, but she was so sweet and so content. I love that we were able to capture those big, beautiful eyes.

I absolutely LOVE working with this family. It was colder than we planned, and this sweet baby boy was a little crankier than we would have liked, but you would have never known it by these pictures. Ah… I love precious kids.
Life has been busy around here as I finish up sessions before heading on maternity leave. I had a weekend packed with sessions with some GREAT families.
I can’t believe this is the last session on this family’s one year plan. It feels like I just did this little guy’s newborn session. But he has turned into one crazy cute toddler!
